Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Merchandise and event ticket shipment is by the fastest available means. We will ship to UK and BFPO addresses. Match tickets are normally sent by First Class post. Small merchandise items are also normally sent by First Class post; larger items are sent by Parcelforce, or by a courier service. When you make your purchase, available shipping options will be displayed for you to choose. We regret that we are unable to ship to any address other than the cardholder's address registered with the card company.

STUBS Event Tickets Policy

When we run a fundraising event, we often have to commit to minimum numbers for the venue, and catering, well in advance of the date of the event. Our policy aims to be as flexible as possible within the limitations imposed upon us by the venue.

Cancelled or Postponed Events

In either case, we'll alert you ASAP.

Cancelled Events - You'll get an automatic refund for tickets bought online or by phone using your purchase payment method. If you bought your tickets at a retail location, please return them to the same location for a refund.
Rescheduled Events - We'll contact you with the new date and time. Can't make the new date? Get a refund upon request.

Replacement Tickets

If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, please contact us. For ticketless events we can re-send your confirmation email upon request. Our support team is happy to help.

Refunds and Exchanges

All bookings for STUBS events made at least 30 days in advance of the event are fully refundable for 48 hours after purchase. Beyond this time, and up to a week beforehand, we will do our best to re-sell your tickets, and if successful we will offer a full refund. To apply for a refund, please contact us. In summary

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We will replace faulty or damaged goods at our cost.

Please follow these instructions to return goods to us:

  1. Obtain a Returns Authorisation. To do so, please contact us by email quoting your Order ID number and stating the reason for the return. 
  2. Using suitable packaging, send the goods to our address below. Please keep proof of posting.

  3. We'll send replacement goods to you and refund your postage as soon as we receive the item due for replacement.

Order Cancellation - Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase, or within seven days of receipt of your goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your purchase price returned, subject to our receipt of the goods in good unused condition in any original packaging (i.e. so that they are suitable for re-sale). Please follow these instructions to return goods to us:
